Your tenant ad stays active for 15 days from the day it’s published.
After that, you’ll get a short weekly email to check if you’re still searching and want to keep it active.

👤 Do I need to create an account?

Nope! No account or sign-up needed.
Everything happens through our interactive video form, and your data is stored securely and automatically.

📬 What if I don’t respond?

If you don’t confirm that you’re still searching, your tenant ad will be automatically deactivated — so only active tenants appear to landlords.

📄 What documents do I need?

To verify your tenant ad, please upload the following documents:
• Proof of identity (passport, ID card, or residence permit)
• Proof of income — such as your latest pay slips or employment contract (apprenticeship accepted)
• Proof of rental history — for example, your latest rent receipt or a letter from your previous landlord
• Bank details (IBAN or account number) — for verification or rent payment setup

✏️ Can I edit my tenant ad later?

Once published, tenant ads can’t be edited — but you can create a new one anytime.
Your previous ad will be automatically archived and permanently deleted after 6 months, following our Legal & Privacy Policy.

📨 How do landlords see my tenant ad?

Verified landlords receive your tenant ad by email — including your matching score, criteria, and verified documents — but only once they’re subscribed.
