Email communications and newsletters are sent only with your explicit consent (opt-in), which can be withdrawn at any time via the unsubscribe link or by contacting privacy [at] visiorent.com.

Access & Subscription:

Subscription: $130 for 60 days
Payment via Stripe, invoice sent automatically
No auto-renewal

How It Works:

Daily secure CSV link sent
Filter tenant ads by criteria
Contact tenants directly and securely

Responsibilities:

Landlords: provide accurate information, respect data privacy, comply with laws
VISIORENT: provides matching and secure data transfer; not responsible for rental decisions

Refund Policy — Money-Back Guarantee:

At VISIORENT, we want you to feel completely confident and protected when using our services. Your satisfaction matters most to us.

1. Full Refund Guarantee

You can request a 100% refund at any time within 15 days of your first results if you’re not satisfied.
No questions asked — we want you to feel safe and supported while working with us.

2. Partial Refunds (After 15 Days)

If more than 15 days have passed since you received your first results and you’re still unhappy, you may be eligible for a 50% partial refund.
We evaluate each request fairly to ensure a balanced outcome for both sides.

3. Before a Refund — We’ll Try to Fix It

Our primary goal is to help you find the tenant you’re looking for.
Before processing a refund, we’ll always offer a 14-day service extension at no additional cost.
Most clients find that this additional time helps them achieve the desired results.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be granted in the following cases:

Breach of our Terms of Service
Misuse of the platform or data access rights
Completed service delivery (when results have been fully provided)

5. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are sent back to your original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but we aim to complete all refunds within 14 business days of approval.

6. How to Request a Refund

VISIORENT’s services are intended only for adults aged 18 and over.
No personal data from minors is knowingly collected or processed.

How It Works:

Complete form, optional video/message
Automatic matching with available properties
Profile visible only to subscribed compatible landlords

Ad Duration & Deletion:

Each ad remains active for 15 days and is then automatically archived and no longer publicly visible.
Archived ads are permanently deleted within 6 months for security, fraud-prevention, and audit purposes.
Users may request deletion of their ads or account at any time by contacting privacy [at] visiorent.com.
